Casey Notes is provided by Signal City Pty Ltd, trading as Connect6 Digital (ABN: 79 652 784 882, ACN: 652 784 882), hereby referred to as "Connect6". By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Any use of the service to create misleading, false, or illegal case notes is strictly prohibited.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally able to enter into these terms.
Payment and Subscriptions
Some features of our services may require payment. By subscribing to paid services, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us or our payment processor to charge the specified fees. Payments are securely processed through Stripe, which stores and manages your payment details. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any partial subscription period.
Privacy and Data Use
We value your privacy. By using our services, you agree to our collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Voice recordings are not stored online; they are processed locally on your device and the resulting formatted case note is sent to your email. We do not keep any long-term records of your recordings or case notes. Your login email and, if specified, your preferred email for notes delivery are stored securely and used only for service delivery purposes or to send occasional promotional material. To opt out of promotional material being sent from Casey Notes please email casey@caseynotes.com, or follow other specified methods in related correspondence.
Third-Party Services
We work with trusted third-party providers, including Stripe for payment processing and AI models for note generation. These providers are chosen for their privacy-focused operations. None of the content from your notes is stored or used for training or marketing purposes by the AI providers. Additionally, any automation tools used temporarily handle your data only for the duration required to process your notes. Residual data is not retained beyond the processing period.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and data on this website, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos, are the property of Connect6 Digital or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your personal or professional use in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any resale of our service or content, unauthorized reproduction, or commercial exploitation of our services.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users of the service, or is illegal. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use our services at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
